Full-time | Remote | $48k–$72k OTE

We’re hiring an Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our ecommerce clients.

This role is centered around communication, organization, and keeping accounts moving.

You’ll manage day-to-day client communication, answer questions, relay feedback, coordinate with our media buying team, and help keep projects on track.

This is not a media buying role.

Your job is to keep communication clear, expectations aligned, and client relationships strong.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Handle day-to-day client communication via email, Messanger, iMessage, and calls
  • Answer questions and provide updates on account activity
  • Assign tasks and communicate priorities to the media buying team
  • Relay questions, feedback, and approvals between clients and internal teams
  • Keep projects organized and moving forward
  • Help maintain strong client relationships and retention

Compensation

Base: $48k
OTE: $48k–$72k/year
