These Terms of Service govern the use of Swift Ads, an internal application developed and operated by KBR Social.
By accessing or using Swift Ads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
1. Internal Use Only
Swift Ads is an internal-use application for KBR Social. It is not intended for public use, consumer access, or general third-party use.
Only authorized KBR Social personnel may access or use Swift Ads.
2. Purpose of the App
Swift Ads is used to support internal Meta advertising operations, including:
- Managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Reviewing ad account performance
- Accessing authorized Meta business assets
- Troubleshooting advertising or account issues
- Supporting client advertising services
- Reviewing campaign, ad set, ad, creative, and reporting data
Swift Ads may only be used for legitimate business purposes related to accounts and assets KBR Social is authorized to access.
3. Authorized Access
Users may only access Meta business assets, ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, campaigns, or other data where KBR Social has been granted proper authorization.
Users may not use Swift Ads to access, collect, view, modify, or process any data without permission from the applicable account owner, business owner, or authorized administrator.
4. Compliance with Meta Terms
Use of Swift Ads must comply with all applicable Meta terms, platform rules, developer policies, advertising policies, and API requirements.
Users may not use Swift Ads in any way that violates Meta’s rules or attempts to bypass Meta’s platform restrictions, permissions, security systems, or review processes.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Swift Ads to:
- Access Meta data without authorization
- Share, sell, rent, or disclose data obtained through the app
- Use the app for public consumer purposes
- Use the app for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the app
- Circumvent Meta permissions, platform review, or access controls
- Store or expose access tokens, credentials, or sensitive information insecurely
- Use data for any purpose unrelated to authorized advertising management or support
6. Data Use
Swift Ads is used only for internal business operations by KBR Social.
KBR Social does not sell, rent, trade, or share data accessed through Swift Ads with third parties.
Data accessed through Swift Ads is handled according to the Swift Ads Privacy Policy.
7. Security
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, devices, and access permissions.
Any suspected unauthorized access, security issue, or misuse of Swift Ads should be reported immediately to KBR Social at:
KBR Social may restrict or revoke access at any time to protect the app, Meta assets, client accounts, or business data.
8. Availability
Swift Ads is provided for internal operational use. KBR Social does not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Meta API change or platform update.
KBR Social may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Swift Ads at any time.
9. No Warranties
Swift Ads is provided “as is” and “as available.”
KBR Social makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBR Social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Swift Ads.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, advertising account restrictions, platform changes, or unauthorized use caused by failure to follow these Terms.
11. Termination of Access
KBR Social may suspend or terminate access to Swift Ads at any time, with or without notice, if:
- The user is no longer authorized to use the app
- The app is used improperly
- These Terms are violated
- Access creates a security, privacy, compliance, or business risk
- Meta requires app access to be limited, reviewed, or revoked
12. Third-Party Services
Swift Ads may interact with Meta platforms, APIs, tools, or services. KBR Social is not responsible for Meta’s services, API availability, platform changes, account decisions, outages, or enforcement actions.
Use of Meta services remains subject to Meta’s own terms, policies, and requirements.
13. Changes to These Terms
KBR Social may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Swift Ads after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
